About the Role

PEOPLE HUNT Agency is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international iGaming company.

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and operations. This role is ideal for a Turkish-speaking analytics professional with strong technical skills who is eager to work in an international environment and open to relocation.

Your Role

As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly impact business strategy and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize player engagement, retention, and revenue through data.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business performance
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking KPIs, player behavior, revenue, and performance metrics
Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Operations teams to understand data needs
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards
Apply statistical methods, data modeling, and forecasting techniques to identify trends and predict outcomes
Support data-driven initiatives focused on player engagement, retention, and profitability

Requirements

Native Turkish speaker
Minimum B1 level English
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis (iGaming, fintech, or digital industries preferred)
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Solid understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics
Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends
High attention to detail with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to relocate to Georgia and possibly later relocate to Europe
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
