Job Overview

People Hunt Agency is hiring on behalf of our client, a Live Support Agency, for a Research and Development Specialist. The successful candidate will develop internal systems and technological solutions that support operational efficiency and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and program internal software solutions, platforms, and applications.

  • Design, implement, and maintain internal management systems such as HR panels, dashboards, and operational tools.

  • Research and evaluate new technologies and AI-based solutions.

  • Improve efficiency through automation and technical innovation.

  • Collaborate with operational teams and management to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).

  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Strong programming knowledge and ability to use AI tools.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset.

  • English language knowledge is an advantage.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • 5-day work week

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Standard working hours: 09:00 – 17:00

  • Overtime compensated according to company policy

  • National holidays paid at 1.5× rate

  • 20 days annual leave
