Job Overview

People Hunt Agency is recruiting a Reporting & Analysis Specialist on behalf of our client, a Live Support Agency. The role focuses on analyzing operational data and preparing reports that support strategic decision-making and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational and performance data.

  • Use advanced Excel and analytical tools to evaluate business metrics.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Identify trends, risks, and performance patterns.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).

  • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or similar roles.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail.

  • English language knowledge is an advantage.

Working Conditions & Benefits

  • 5-day work week

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Standard working hours: 09:00 – 17:00

  • Overtime compensated according to company policy

  • National holidays paid at 1.5× rate

  • 20 days annual leave

  • Daily lunch provided

  • Relocation to Serbia provided

  • 3-month probation period
