About the Role
People Hunt Agency is recruiting a Reporting & Analysis Specialist on behalf of our client, a Live Support Agency.
This role is responsible for analysing operational data from the agency’s daily live support activities and preparing reports that support strategic decision-making and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze data generated from the agency’s daily text-based customer interactions.
Use advanced Excel and analytical tools to evaluate performance metrics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Identify trends, risks, and performance patterns.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards.
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
At least 2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or similar roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying (preferred)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to interpret, structure, and visualize complex data
Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation
Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
English proficiency (preferred)
Working Conditions & Benefits
5-day work week (6-day work week during training) , 8-hour shifts (60 minutes of break time included in the 8-hour shift)
Standard working hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with more than 120 employees, structured into small teams of 2–5 members
