About the Role
People Hunt Agency is hiring a Specialist in Training and Professional Development of Personnel for a Live Support Agency.
This role focuses on developing employee skills through training programs and continuous professional development initiatives.
This role is responsible for preparing new employees to adapt to the workplace by providing them with the necessary training, knowledge, and guidance to successfully perform their duties. Additionally, this person is responsible for organizing seminars, workshops, or targeted training sessions for existing employees when areas for improvement are identified, ensuring continuous development across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements training programs to enhance employee knowledge, professional skills, and overall performance within the organization.
Identifies skill gaps and delivers targeted training solutions.
Designs and maintains structured onboarding and continuous learning programs for new and existing employees.
Creates training materials, guides, and resources to support knowledge transfer and standardization of work processes.
Collaborates with department managers and team leaders to assess training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live support or text-based environment
Strong understanding of fast-paced support operations and team dynamics
Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate employees effectively
Strong empathy and customer-oriented mindset with excellent written communication skills
Good organizational skills and ability to identify training needs
Proficiency in English (preferred) and basic MS Office knowledge
Leadership potential and proactive, solution-oriented approach
Working Conditions & Benefits
5-day work week (6-day work week during training) , 8-hour shifts (60 minutes of break time included in the 8-hour shift)
Standard working hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with more than 120 employees, structured into small teams of 2–5 members
Overtime compensated according to company policy
National holidays paid at 1.5× rate
20 days annual leave (10 days per 6 months)

Relocation to Serbia provided
3-month probation period (training provided). Upon successful completion of the trial period, employees become eligible for monthly bonuses.
