People Hunt Agency is hiring a Specialist in Training and Professional Development of Personnel for a Live Support Agency. This role focuses on developing employee skills through training programs and continuous professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training sessions.
Design and maintain onboarding programs for new employees.
Support continuous learning initiatives for existing staff.
Prepare training materials, guides, and internal documentation.
Collaborate with department managers to align training with business goals.
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
2–5 years of relevant experience in training, HR development, or customer service.
Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to mentor and motivate employees.
English language knowledge is preferred.
