About the Role
People Hunt Agency is recruiting a Human Resources Specialist for a Live Support Agency.
The employer operates primarily in the customer support sector as an outsourcing provider for various clients. The core focus of our support is written communication; therefore, strong computer literacy, proficiency in communication platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Office package, and fast and accurate typing skills are essential requirements.
This role is responsible for administrative tasks, conducting interviews and managing the hiring process, as well as monitoring employee performance, progress, and overall retention within the company. The role also plays an active part in company planning and development, organizing team-building activities and initiatives that support employee motivation and engagement, and fostering a positive and balanced work environment. Additionally, the role includes overseeing internal operations such as tracking leave requests, shift completion, and break utilization, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process.
Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding of new employees.
Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.
Support employee development through training and coaching initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Maintain HR documentation, reports, and records.
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish - native or advanced(written and spoken).
Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
English proficiency (B2 minimum).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Innovative and critical thinking skills.
Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process.
Experience in employee relations and performance management.
Ability to monitor employee progress, retention, and internal processes.
Working Conditions & Benefits
5-day work week (6-day work week during training) , 8-hour shifts (60 minutes of break time included in the 8-hour shift)
Standard working hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with more than 120 employees, structured into small teams of 2–5 members

Relocation to Serbia provided
3-month probation period (training provided). Upon successful completion of the trial period, employees become eligible for monthly bonuses.
