CRM Manager (iGaming)

About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Manager to own and develop the full CRM ecosystem for a fast-growing iGaming product. This role goes beyond campaign execution - you will design the entire lifecycle communication strategy, from bonus economics to multi-channel user journeys.
You will be responsible for building and optimizing CRM communication across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels, ensuring every touchpoint delivers measurable impact.
This is a highly autonomous role where experimentation, data-driven decisions, and continuous optimization are key.
Key Responsibilities
Design and launch multi-stage user journeys and trigger-based communication flows across CRM channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).
Own bonus and promotional mechanics end-to-end: calculate cost, expected value, and risk, then configure campaigns within the CRM platform.
Build and maintain advanced audience segmentation, ensuring clean data structures, proper exclusions, and validation.
Create CRM copy and campaign templates for all communication channels.
Conduct QA checks before campaign launches (rendering, personalization logic, journey flows, bonus mechanics).
Run A/B tests and analyze lifecycle performance.
Track and optimize key CRM metrics including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and deliverability.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Maintain internal documentation, naming conventions, and CRM knowledge base.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to improve the user lifecycle.
Requirements
Proven experience working with Customer.io or similar CRM/lifecycle marketing platforms.
Experience with BI or Business Intelligence tools.
Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and promotional economics in iGaming.
Ability to both write CRM copy and build automated flows independently.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and lifecycle performance analysis.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Languages

Russian - professional proficiency (required)
Nice to Have
Experience conducting competitive CRM analysis.
Strategic input into user funnel development and retention strategies.
Previous experience in online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming environments.
