Finance Manager (iGaming)

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing international company operating in the online gaming and digital entertainment industry.

In this role, you will be part of a small finance team responsible for managing financial operations across multiple international entities. Your work will include payment processing, transaction monitoring, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

You will work with traditional banking systems, crypto wallets, and payment platforms while ensuring smooth financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured financial processes, attention to detail, and working with modern payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Daily

Collect, verify, and prepare payment information and supporting documentation
Execute daily payments through bank accounts, crypto wallets, and payment platforms
Review and verify invoices and payment requests before processing
Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions across bank accounts and crypto wallets
Maintain accurate records of payment and transaction data for reconciliation and reporting
Maintain and regularly update the Cash Flow Sheet and P&L dashboard

Monthly

Manage accounts payable, including tracking and planning creditor payments
Maintain and update the payment calendar
Manage payroll and tax payments
Conduct bank reconciliations
Reconcile transactions with payment systems and external providers
Support budget planning and financial monitoring
Prepare and send invoices to clients, partners, and contractors
Support monthly financial closing (income, expenses, balances)

Quarterly / Ad Hoc

Analyze financial results and compare with forecasts
Review and adjust budgets based on actual performance
Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Specialist, or Accountant
Experience working with multiple legal entities or international jurisdictions
Strong knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT payment systems
Experience working with crypto wallets and crypto payment processing
Hands-on experience with financial systems such as online banking, payment platforms, and accounting software
Experience with international accounting tools such as Zoho, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, automation, structured reporting)
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility
Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc financial tasks

Languages

Russian - fluent (mandatory)
English - professional working proficiency

Nice to Have

Experience working in online gaming, fintech, or digital entertainment industries
Experience working with international financial operations or payment infrastructures
Familiarity with multi-entity financial reporting environments
