Head of Digital
We are looking for a hands-on digital leader who is deeply involved in execution, as well as strategy. This role will report to the CMO and take direct ownership of paid media performance across key channels.
Limassol based, Tallin based or Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Audit the current department setup to improve processes, efficiency and analytics
Own and actively manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic and other channels
Direct responsibility for media buying decisions and budget allocation
Own and execute the overall digital strategy for products across multiple GEOs and brands
Lead user acquisition across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, YT, DSP etc.)
Manage and optimize media buying, budgets, and performance campaigns
Oversee the full customer lifecycle: acquisition → activation → retention → reactivation
Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics, attribution models, and A/B testing
Monitor key KPIs: CPA, ROI, LTV, conversion rates, retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Analytics, Affiliate Marketing
Identify and test new traffic sources and growth channels
Build, lead and scale team of digital marketing specialists
Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in B2C iGaming or similar high-volume industries, together with experience managing teams
Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition, media buying, and traffic management
Deep understanding of iGaming metrics (FTD, ARPU, LTV, churn, etc.)
Hands-on experience with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and attribution systems
Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize ROI
Strong analytical mindset and decision-making skills
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of regulatory environments in iGaming
Experience working across multiple international markets: Tier 1, Tier2
