Head of Digital
People Hunt is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Growth to lead and scale digital growth across global iGaming markets.
This is a high-impact role for a data-driven and hands-on digital leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution across acquisition, performance marketing, and channel optimization.
You will take ownership of the full digital marketing ecosystem - from acquisition performance and media buying to funnel optimization and growth strategy - ensuring sustainable revenue growth, strong ROI, and long-term scalability across multiple GEOs and brands.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
Lead user acquisition across all paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DSPs, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging traffic sources
Build and execute an integrated cross-channel acquisition strategy to maximize performance and customer growth
Audit, optimize, and continuously improve the marketing mix to increase ROI and spending efficiency
Own media buying decisions, budget allocation, and performance campaign execution at scale
Drive data-led decision-making through analytics, attribution modeling, experimentation, and A/B testing
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key KPIs across acquisition channels, including CPA, ROI, LTV, FTD, ARPU, and retention
Identify, test, and scale new traffic sources, growth opportunities, and emerging digital channels
Optimize the full acquisition funnel to improve conversion, activation, and long-term customer value
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, BI, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders
Deliver regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership
Ensure continuous optimization of digital growth initiatives across multiple GEOs and international markets
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or acquisition marketing, ideally within iGaming or similar high-volume B2C industries
Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition, media buying, traffic management, and campaign optimization
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through performance marketing strategies
Deep understanding of core iGaming metrics, including FTD, ARPU, LTV, churn, CPA, and retention
Hands-on experience with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and attribution systems
Strong commercial understanding of ROI optimization and budget efficiency
Experience scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels and markets
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of regulatory environments within iGaming
Experience working across multiple international markets, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs
Experience managing large-scale performance budgets across global markets
