About the Role
People Hunt Agency is recruiting a Chatbot & AI Development Specialist on behalf of our client, a Live Support Agency.
This role a Junior / Mid-Level role responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing chatbot systems and AI-driven communication processes. The specialist contributes to improving automation, enhancing user interactions, and supporting the balance between chatbot and human agents in live support operations, while working closely with both operational and R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and optimizes chatbot flows and conversation structures
Supports the balance between bot and human agents in live support operations
Analyses and improves the quality, accuracy, and performance of AI-generated responses
Develops custom chatbot scenarios for specific business needs (e.g., VIP routing, payment/withdrawal processes)
Collaborates with the R&D team on new automation and AI solutions
Identifies improvement opportunities based on chat data and prepares reports and recommendations
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).
At least 1 year in similar position
Experience or familiarity with live chat platforms (e.g., LiveChat, Comm100, etc.)
Understanding of chatbot logic, flow design, and automation processes
Interest or experience in AI tools (chatbots, NLP, prompt engineering)
Basic knowledge of APIs and integration concepts
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret chat and performance data
Ability to read technical documentation in English
Previous experience in chatbot development or live support operations (preferred)
Familiarity with the iGaming or live support industry (preferred)
Proactive, technology-oriented mindset
Working Conditions & Benefits
5-day work week (6-day work week during training) , 8-hour shifts (60 minutes of break time included in the 8-hour shift)
Standard working hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with more than 120 employees, structured into small teams of 2–5 members
