The Opportunity
PEOPLE HUNT is hiring on behalf of TRUEiGTECH for a Sales Manager – Europe to drive B2B growth across regulated European iGaming markets.
This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on expanding market share, building partnerships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of iGaming platform solutions across Europe
Identify, engage, and acquire new operators, aggregators, and strategic partners
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with revenue targets
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships within the iGaming ecosystem
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Leadership)
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasts
Requirements
3+ years of experience in iGaming sales or business development
Proven track record in B2B platform sales (Casino / Sportsbook)
Strong understanding of European iGaming markets and regulations
Established network across operators, affiliates, and aggregators
Demonstrated success closing high-value enterprise deals
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
